The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are met. You'll lead on-site teams across diverse projects, from industrial warehouses to multi-level apartments and cutting-edge commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate on-site teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Drive cost control, scheduling, and reporting to maintain project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections, addressing quality or compliance issues proactively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring strong client and consultant relationships.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreperson in commercial new builds ($50M+ projects desirable).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Builders License, White Card, First Aid) are highly regarded.
