Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and industry regulations.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in site management or construction supervision.
Cert IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent).
Advanced First Aid & Safety Training, including White Card certification.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
Proficiency in Procore, Aconex, or MS Project.
Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement processes.
