ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for on-site coordination, subcontractor management, and WHS compliance. You will work closely with Project Managers, trades, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and successful handovers.

DUTIES

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Enforce WHS regulations, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and issue resolution.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of fast-paced fit-out methodologies and high-end finishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing subcontractors and trades.
• Ability to interpret drawings and oversee quality control.
• Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, site safety, and compliance standards.
