They are looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team and play a key role in driving the online presence, engagement, and lead generation efforts.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will leverage your expertise to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth through data driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimised for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
- Oversee social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Assist with marketing automation and CRM integrations to enhance customer journey and lead nurturing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
