Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and handling client inquiries.

• Completing various tasks, including quotations, safety paperwork, and administrative duties.

• Assisting managers with reports, documentation, and other office-related tasks.

• Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Requirements:

• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Friendly, approachable, and a team player.

• Experience in administrative tasks / construction office roles is preferred.
