About this Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Office All Rounder to join our Head Office, based in Roselands. You will be reporting directly to management, and assisting departments across the business including but not limited to:

• Own our customer experience through an easy and reliable approach.
• Interacting with commercial customers via email, phone and live chat.
• Communicate progress and resolution of issues to our customers.
• Provide internal support for our external sales team.
• Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address trade related inquiries.
• Use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular a focus on Word and Excel, including input of data and management of data.
