BODILE is a premium Australian dance wear brand. We are an E-commerce business, shipping internationally from our beautiful offices in Booragoon.
We are a lean, highly motivated and committed team working from two locations - an open plan design studio space and dispatch warehouse.

What we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic and dedicated individual, who takes pride in their work.
- An upbeat/nimble individual who easily manages multiple tasks and can pivot when required.
- You’ll need strong focus and a keen attention to detail.
- Digital/computer literacy (Mac OS/Microsoft), comfortable using online ordering and shipping system.
- Previous experience in a similar role (customer service, picking/packing, processing orders, shipping and distribution).
- An interest or experience in the fashion industry or dance (particularly ballet) would also be desirable but not necessary.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Excellent team player, with good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Desire to learn and grow with our company.
- Experience in Shopify, Shipstation and Monday.com or similar workflow/E-Comm apps desirable.
The Role:
This is a multifactorial role including a variety of tasks reporting to the operations manager - customer service, picking and packing orders, distribution and shipping logistics.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and live chat with efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
- Liaising with DHL and Australia Post regarding shipping rates and customer enquiries.
- Picking and packing customer orders in line with company standards.
- Quality control - checking all garments, prior to packing.
- Sorting and putting away stock.
- Inventory management and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
