Don Wood photography is a family owned and operated company established in 1966 focusing on taking beautiful school photographs.

We are looking for an Office all-rounder to join our team. If you are looking for a fast-paced role where you will be balancing many tasks, this is the role for you.

Hours- 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Do you feel you have the following skills

Analytical process driven –capturing all information keeping all records up to date.

Time management/Bookings -Ability to laisse with all school bookings year on year, manage all documentation required throughout the year, this includes booking staff accommodation and flights.

Customer service- Liaising with schools, organising school photo day requirements. Answering phone enquiries, managing customer enquiries regarding ordering photographs both over the phone and via email.

Communication- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with internal staff and our school community in a pleasant manner.

General Office-Administration duties

Packing all photographic orders and delivering printed work to school, must be fit and able to carry 10kg box

Experience working with schools or in a school environment (Desirable)

Ability to work with Excel and mange multiple platforms.

• Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
• This is an office base only role. Part time with ability to move into full time.
