Role Description
This is a permanent part-time on-site Office All-Rounder role located at Nelson Bros Funeral Services head office in Port Melbourne. Hours are Monday-Friday 11am-5pm. The role will involve a variety of day-to-day tasks related to accounts payable & receivable, telephone reception, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, accounting, and office administration.
The role is perfect for a mature worker looking for a stable, long-term position.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Maturity and Empathy
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Accounting skills
- Demonstrated Accounts Payable Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (MYOB preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Telephone Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
