Our purpose is to shine the light on the astonishing art of learning disabled and neurodivergent people.

Tutti is a multi-arts organisation that believes in the talents of disabled creators who work with us across visual art, theatre, music, screen, dance, and technology.

The work we do is underpinned by the Social Model of Disability, Disability Justice, Disability Leadership and Disability Allyship.

About the role

Tutti Arts is seeking a part-time passionate, skilled, and committed Screen Coordinator to take our Screen program forward. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with expertise in screen and a commitment to amplifying the distinct and diverse voices of learning-disabled and neurodivergent people. • You will explore and advance new possibilities of creative practice emerging and evolving across the screen industry.
  • Undertake the effective monitoring of the program and lead enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities

As the Screen Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and develop high-quality, accessible, and stimulating screen programs that support learning-disabled and neurodivergent screen makers from entry-level to professional outcomes.
  • Use your expertise to expose screen makers to different genres, new technologies, and contemporary screen practices, fostering innovation and creativity.
  • Ensure authentic storytelling and authorship in line with Tutti’s commitment to contemporary arts and equitable screen practice.
  • Mentor and support a team to maintain excellence in delivering programs, creating a collaborative and welcoming environment.
  • Develop industry partnerships and funding opportunities to enhance program outcomes and create career pathways for screen makers.
  • Oversee program administration, ensuring effective planning, documentation, compliance, and resource management.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in screen, or related media fields.
  • Is passionate about access and committed to supporting neurodivergent and learning-disabled screen makers.
  • Has experience in program coordination, education, or screen skills development.
  • Possesses excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Can build and maintain partnerships within the screen industry to create opportunities for Tutti artists.

Bonus points

  • Understanding of the Social Model of Disability.
  • Knowledge of NDIS.
