The opportunity

We are a growing paediatric dental practice and are passionate about giving our children and families expert and tailored care.

We are expanding and looking for the right person to join our Specialist Paediatric Dental team as a Senior Treatment Co-ordinator. You will be working alongside two specialist paediatric dentists, two oral health therapists, practice manager, treatment co-ordinators, nurses and front office co-ordinators.

The role entails providing attentive co-ordination of the patient journey from initial consultation to implementation of their chosen treatment plan, including co-ordination of treatment under general anaesthesia. Treatment co-ordination experience in a dental context is required. Depending on clinical need, there may be occasional general administrative and nursing duties.

You will be based in our brand-new paediatric clinic located in vibrant Ascot Vale. We will provide you with paediatric-specific training.

The right person

• Treatment co-ordination experience is essential
• Is available to work in clinic (Ascot Vale) Monday-Friday on 2-3 days/week, from 8:30am-5pm.
• Is available to travel to theatre if needed (you must have a drivers licence and car).
• When working in theatre, there may be an earlier start time or later finish time.
• You enjoy working with a close-knit team and look forward to truly changing and improving the lives of children.
