Key Responsibilities:

Supporting participants to engage in the community

Help individuals achieve their goals and maximise their potential

Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement

Manage risk and ensure safety at all times

Engage in person centred active support

Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

NDIS Worker Screening

Working with Children Check

A current Driver’s License

Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification

Current National Police Check (within 3 months)

Ability to transport participants in private vehicle
