A boutique, design-led developer–builder with a reputation for quality, precision, and craftsmanship is growing its team. With an in-house design, marketing, and construction setup, they manage all projects end-to-end, delivering exceptional, high-end homes without external client management. Operating from a newly renovated 1,000m² head office in Underwood, this business currently employs 15 staff and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects within Brisbane’s inner suburbs.

The Opportunity
As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee several luxury residential projects valued between $2M and $13M, each within 5km of the Brisbane CBD. You’ll coordinate builds from structure to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency while managing local trades and collaborating with the CM & Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple high-end residential builds
• Manage daily site operations, schedules, and subcontractors
• Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and build quality
• Work closely with internal design and construction teams
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery of all projects

About You

• Experienced Site Supervisor within luxury or custom home construction
• Trade background (carpentry, structural, or similar preferred)
• Strong scheduling and workflow management skills
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication abilities
• Ideally familiar with Buildertrend (Not essential)

The Offer

• Salary: $125K–$145K + Super (based on experience)
• Start: ASAP or early in the New Year
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm
• Interview Process: Two stages + DISC profile + reference checks + medical
