The role
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service person to join our Ravenhall team supporting customers across Melbourne in the solar and energy-efficiency industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and being part of a friendly, results-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and installation teams across our fast-growing solar and energy efficiency divisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to confirm details and provide information
· Qualify prospects and book appointments for the external sales team
· Handle inbound calls and assist customers with solar, heating, and cooling enquiries
· Keep accurate and organised notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel) and other software when required (ServiceM8, OpenSolar).
· Report weekly on your activity including calls made, appointments booked, and sales team outcomes
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and installation teams in a culture of continuous improvement, regular meetings, and ongoing training
· Assist with a range of administrative tasks, such as:
· Following up on invoices and payments
· Updating records and documentation
· Coordinating post-installation follow-ups
What you’ll bring
· A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
· A confident phone manner and clear, professional written English
· Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
· Strong organisation and follow-through skills
· Experience in reception, outbound calling, internal sales, or customer service
Nice to have
· Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems and online sales tools
· Strong communicator – confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused
· Knowledge of solar, battery, or home energy solutions
· Understanding of federal and state rebate programs to confidently explain savings options
What we provide

Salary
· Base salary $60,000 - $70,000 plus superannuation
· Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

· Qualified appointments set for sales team
· Conversion and show rates from your appointments
· CRM accuracy and on-time admin completion
· Positive customer feedback before and after installation
