About the Role

The team has recently implemented Humanforce, providing an efficient and streamlined payroll platform, an excellent opportunity to work with contemporary systems in a forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in line with legislative and organisational requirements
• Maintain and manage the Humanforce payroll system, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
• Ensure all employee entitlements, tax, and superannuation obligations are processed correctly and on time
• Interpret and apply awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies
• Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll queries
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews
• Contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll (medium to large workforce preferred)
• Sound understanding of employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems: Humanforce experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement
