Front of House (FOH) – Customer Experience Champions

As an FOH team member, you’ll make every customer feel welcome and ensure they have the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm

Package and quality-check outgoing orders

Answer menu or store-related questions in person & over the phone

Handle money and finalise the till at the end of the day

Multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced setting

Back of House (BOH) – Kitchen Crew

As a BOH team member, you’ll help craft our famous burgers while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook and assemble menu items with care and consistency

Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and food-safe

Work as a team to ensure fast, smooth service

Notify leaders when stock needs replenishing

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For

Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
