JOIN OUR STORE TEAMS:

We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate people to join our stores. If you love retail, but are looking for more - this is a job for you. We love connecting with our community and are proud to be a part of some of the biggest occasions in their lives. Sharing our products and creating joy.

We have casual roles available at all locations, and hours / shifts will be negotiable for the right candidates. Getting the work life balance is important to us and we understand the need to manage this. However to be considered for a role, you will absolutely need to be available to work weekends.

This is so much more than another retail job - we want you to love what you do and who you do it with.

Your days in store will include working closely with your Store Manager, and team to:

Create joy for our community and customers through creating incredible customer experiences.

Maintain high levels of in store Visual Merchandising & store presentation.

Maintain expert level knowledge and enthusiasm for our products and our brands.

Do all the things needed to support the Store Manager & Assistant Manager to keep things running smoothly and deliver that customer experience that we are famous for.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You have retail / customer service experience in a fashion or lifestyle product based store.

You have a willingness to learn, and a positive can do attitude.

A passion and affinity for our products - essential. MUST LOVE CUTE BABY THINGS AND JELLYCATS!

Weekend availability and some flexibility with your roster.

Microsoft Office and PC proficient - essential.

Please note these roles will not suit a High School student as some day time availability throughout the year is essential.
