About the role

Virginia Nursery is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organised retail environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering queries and helping them find the products they need

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including the use of point-of-sale systems

Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the retail space, including restocking shelves and displays

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work well in a team

A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing a great customer experience

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
