EXPERIENCED Retail Shop Assistant - Mrs Claus Christmas Kingdom

IMPORTANT: Must have minimum 2 years RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE within a SMALL, VERY, BUSY retail shop environment.

About This Opportunity:

It's that time of year again! Mrs Claus Christmas Kingdom is looking for mature minded, EXPERIENCED Retail Shop Assistants to join our small family-owned, vibrant, fast paced retail environment.

This is immediate start, working now through December 21st for the right person

OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE WHEN WE reopening June/July next year for the next Christmas in July season. Ongoing seasonal work available.

• Flexible hours: 25-40 hours per week, minimum 3-4 days

• Casual employment paid in accordance with retail award

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm ish. (normal retail hours)

• November & December: Tuesday - Sunday trading

• Must be available weekends - flexibility essential

• This is NOT a casual position for students still at school.

What We're Looking For:

Mrs Claus needs someone who is COMMITTED and willing to work in our busy retail environment. You must be able to work as a team member and independently, be self-motivated, and confident with customers.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.

About You:

• BRIGHT, BUBBLY and FRIENDLY personality

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Comfortable engaging with customers at all levels

• Computer experience (Apple preferred)

• Good mathematics and counting abilities

• Able to move quickly and efficiently

• Quality customer service focus - willing to go the extra mile

• Problem-solving skills

• Creative flair (advantageous)

• Quick thinking in busy retail environment
