About the role

This is a casual sales assistant role at the popular biba boutique' ladies fashion store located in Joondalup , Western Australia. You will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and engaging manner

Delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales targets

Maintaining visual merchandising standards and keeping the store tidy and well-presented

Handling cash and card payments accurately

Processing customer orders and returns efficiently

Providing product knowledge and fashion advice to customers

Restocking and organising merchandise as required

Supporting the store manager with other duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Passion for fashion and an eye for style

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends

Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
