About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic casual sales assistant to join the team at Leon Baker Jewellers' in Geraldton, WA. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and sales assistance to all customers

Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store presentation

Ensuring inventory is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively

Handling cash, credit card transactions and balancing the till at the end of each shift

Assisting with receiving, unpacking and tagging of new merchandise

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the jewellery industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently

Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including Saturdays as required

A keen interest in fashion, jewellery and providing an exceptional customer experience
