About the Role

As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable SportsPower Broome experience.

SportsPower Sales Assistants are responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers

Assist other staff and share product knowledge with customers

Problem solving and ability to provide solutions

Ad-hoc tasks as required and upkeep store presentation

Who you are

Customer Service/Retail Experience Superstar - previous experience with a sports retailer will be preferred but not essential. Must be a people person
Has a love/appreciation of sports and the sports fashion brands Is passionate about sharing knowledge with staff and with customers
Able to work independently and unsupervised
Shows a sense of urgency and is results driven
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Ability to work across the working week Monday-Sunday (shorter hours Sat/Sunday, 5 day working week - flexible for the right candidate)
