The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-smart Client Account Manager who can own relationships, manage projects, and help our eCommerce clients achieve measurable growth.

You’ll:

Manage your own portfolio of eCommerce clients, acting as their trusted strategic partner.

Coordinate projects across marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver results.

Spot opportunities for improvement and growth and drive them forward.

Analyse performance data, report insights, and help clients scale confidently.

Report directly to our Operations Manager, with a clear growth path mapped out.

Your Career Path at SSO:

8–12 months: Progress to Client Account Team Leader, mentoring others and driving client strategy.

24–30 months: Step into Head of Client Success, leading the department and shaping our client experience company-wide.

About You

You’re a confident communicator who loves problem-solving, organising, and building trust. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have 1–2 years’ experience in account management (ideally in digital, marketing, or SaaS).

Are commercially minded and comfortable discussing performance and profit.

Can juggle multiple priorities while keeping your cool.

Take initiative; you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen.

Are hungry to learn and ready to grow into leadership.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM systems, digital campaigns, or eCommerce clients, but attitude, the ability to have great conversations with people and drive matter more than ticking every box.
