About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team at Blue Diamond. This full-time role is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and commercial refrigeration systems

Install new air conditioning and refrigeration units

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on equipment

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Maintain accurate records of all work completed

Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory of parts and equipment

What we're looking for

Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Good physical fitness to perform physical tasks

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's licence

A valid ARC licence
