About the role

Climacool Air Conditioning & Electrical is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our team in Morningside, Queensland. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality air conditioning installation, maintenance and repair services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Undertake preventative maintenance and servicing on a wide range of air conditioning systems

Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning units, including refrigeration, electrical and mechanical components

Install new air conditioning systems and associated equipment, following manufacturer specifications

Advise customers on the best air conditioning solutions for their needs and provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe and efficient manner

Maintain accurate records of all work completed and order necessary parts and equipment

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

ARC Tick licence & QBCC licence

Restricted Electrical Licence

Minimum 2 years' experience as an air conditioning service technician, with demonstrated expertise in both residential and commercial systems

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, technical advice to clients

A valid driver's licence

A passion for providing high-quality air conditioning solutions and exceptional customer service
