About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join the Cold Sense team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems with the option to work on refrigeration projects as well.
This is a full-time position based in Toowoomba, Queensland, offering the chance to work with a well-established and respected provider of HVAC services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Install new systems according to specifications and industry standards

Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with clients to understand their needs

Comply with all safety regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent formal qualification)

A great attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the trade

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
