About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Air-Conditioning Service Technician to join our team at Master Aircon Pty Ltd in Ashmore, QLD 4214. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing air conditioning servicing and maintenance to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment

Provide excellent customer service and advise customers on the most suitable solutions for their needs

Comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a qualified air conditioning technician.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems.

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
