Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Financial Officer and help keep the division running smoothly.
In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in managing diaries and priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and preparing high-quality Board and Executive materials. You’ll also take the lead in organising team events, social activities, and learning sessions that foster connection and engagement across the Finance division.
This position offers a blend of Executive Assistant, operational, and coordination responsibilities, working closely with the broader EA network to ensure seamless support and alignment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support to the CFO, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
Prepare for Board and Executive meetings by reviewing, collating, and submitting papers and materials accurately and on time.
Manage the operations of the Finance division, including leadership meetings, reporting timelines, and planning cycles.
Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects—capturing outcomes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through on key priorities.
Support communication across the division, ensuring information flows effectively and deadlines are met.
Organise team engagement activities, development sessions, and strategic planning workshops to strengthen team connection and performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience providing executive support to senior leaders, ideally within finance, corporate services, or a large, complex organisation.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and professionalism.
A proactive and resourceful mindset—able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgement in handling sensitive information.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
