We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration / Operations Support professional to join our client in Corio. This role plays a key part in supporting their Operations and Customer Service teams with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that help keep their branch run smoothly.

With a full hand over available, this an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, full-time contract position within a supportive and fast-paced environment that will turn into a permanent opportunity within a matter of months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Raise purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP Ariba.
  • Create, amend, and onboard vendors in SAP Ariba.
  • Assist with job bookings and customer service calls.
  • Apply for council permits and update spreadsheets daily.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Maintenance, Subcontractors, and Customers.
  • Support with billing and credit issues.
  • Assist with Salesforce data entry and cases.
  • Handle billing queries and set up temporary jobs.
  • Manage depot-related activities and purchase orders for vendors.
  • Raise credit dispute cases through Salesforce and other internal software which you will be trained on.
  • Assist with National Key Account inquiries and general branch administration

About You:

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team setting.

You’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in an operations or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Competent computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • A current driver’s licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience using SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and Gmail.
