We are seeking a Finance Manager for a fast growing specialist logistics company. This is a stand alone finance role which offers the opportunity to oversee end to end financial operations within an innovative, ambitious organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls

Lead internal audits and develop robust internal control systems

Oversee offshored accounts/admin activities

Collaborate with the director on strategic financial planning and initiatives

Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Support cost control measures and optimize working capital

Provide timely, accurate financial analysis and insightful reports for decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in logistics, transport or aviation will be highly regarded

Proven experience in end to end finance management

Degree qualified, CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded

Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
