The Role

The Finance Manager will lead and manage the finance functions across all entities. This hands-on role will suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the challenge of working in a complex, multi-entity environment.

The role is based in Brisbane and requires travel to site once a month (3-5 days).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all finance and accounting functions across the group
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation requirements
• Lead the external audit process and manage relationships with auditors and advisors
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis
• Provide technical support to finance and administration teams

About You

• CA/CPA qualification
• Highly desirable to have experience in a multi-site medium/large sized enterprise in manufacturing or related sectors
• Proactive communication skills to partner with teams across multiple locations
• Bring a process improvement mindset with the ability to analyse efficiency opportunities
