Conveyancer / Solicitor – Property Law

We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Junior Solicitor to join a high-performing property team working across multiple jurisdictions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy conveyancing practice with the support of a collaborative and capable team.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish, averaging around 25 settlements per month. The role spans conveyancing matters across QLD, VIC, NSW, and WA, with a strong focus on client service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Draft and review all relevant conveyancing documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals to ensure smooth settlements

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ conveyancing experience in QLD and 2 years in VIC (WA and NSW experience highly regarded)
• Proficient in PEXA, QRO, Elodgement, DocuSign, and Adobe
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
