The Role

This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

The Role;

• Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 60 properties
• NO Routines
• Trust Accounting
• Staff leadership of a small team
• Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff

The ideal Property Manager:

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentation skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
