Asset Manager Wanted – No End-to-End Property Management | Join a Team That's Raising the Standard

Simplly Rentals is in an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our high-performing team in our beautiful new Chermside office.

This is not your typical property management role. There is no end-to-end portfolio management. You'll focus solely on supporting landlords, while a dedicated Tenant Manager handles all tenant-related communication and tasks.

Instead of being caught in the middle of landlord and tenant disputes, each team member focuses on their area of expertise. About the Role
As an Asset Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords, overseeing the performance and care of your portfolio. You'll be supported by a dedicated Tenant Manager and experienced administration team. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with landlords

Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance

Handling tribunal preparation (if required)

Working with your Tenant Manager to ensure lease renewals are sent and arrears are kept down.

Working collaboratively with the Tenant Manager and leadership team to deliver an exceptional client experience

What you'll need:

Proven experience in property management

Minimum 2 years of property management experience

Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, solution focused mindset

Valid driver's license

Current Australian work rights required
