Five Good Friends is an approved aged care and NDIS service provider. We empower our Members (what others call clients) to live vibrantly in their own homes by building a dedicated care team around them and their families. Our innovative software handles the coordination in the background, allowing our teams to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.
We are a workplace where purpose meets impact. Every day, our work helps people live their best lives - and that vital mission starts with our people.
As we continue to grow and support more Members across Australia, we are strengthening our People function. Our goal is to ensure every team member feels supported, developed, and set up for success. That’s where this Senior HR Advisor role comes in.
At Five Good Friends, you're among friends. This principle guides our entire People Strategy. We are committed to fostering a workplace that is dynamic, inclusive, and deeply caring. We partner closely with our leaders, champion meaningful employee experiences, and proactively support our people to thrive.
Creating an engaged, capable, and well-supported workforce requires more than process - it demands true connection, partnership, and thoughtful guidance. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to help us:
Provide high-quality coaching and advice to leaders across a broad range of HR matters
Build strong, trust-based partnerships across the organisation
Help shape culture and enable teams to perform at their best
Support meaningful workforce programs that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and employee experience
Navigate complex people matters with empathy, compliance, and confidence
If you're passionate about empowering leaders, enhancing workplace culture, and building trusted HR relationships in a purpose-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Because when you're among friends, you grow, succeed, and make a real difference, together.
