Production Operator / Forklift Operator

Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a high-performing team? We're looking for a Production Operator / Forklift Operator to help in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-start checks on machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Apply labels and complete finishing tasks such as patching and cleaning.
• Clean and store equipment properly after use.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with your team and report any defects.
• Be available for overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong safety awareness and attention to housekeeping.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to complete company-paid certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Forklift License (essential).
• Own transport (preferred).
• EWP and Confined Space tickets (advantageous but not essential).

Authority

• Stop production if safety or quality concerns arise and notify your Supervisor.
