Forklift Operator / Production Worker (Wetherill Park)

We're seeking Counterbalance Forklift Operators / Production Workers for an industrial site in Wetherill Park. This role combines forklift driving with hands-on production tasks and suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the role

• Start: ASAP
• Roster: Monday to Friday - rotating shifts (weekly/fortnightly rotation)
• Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:45pm | $36 p/h
• Afternoon Shift: 1:45pm - 10:30pm | $41.40 p/h

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift for loading and unloading trucks
• Handling gas cylinders - refilling, labelling and valve changes
• General production and warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Maintaining paperwork and working within site procedures

What you'll need

• Current LF Forklift licence with minimum 6 months recent counterbalance experience
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing and a National Police Check
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safe handling processes
• Ability to work fulltime hours weekly on an ongoing basis, therefore NO restrictions to working rights in Australia

This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent hours and competitive pay. Training will be provided on production tasks, with safety and teamwork at the forefront.
