About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Executive Assistant to partner with our Head of Property Management. This is not a standard administration role, it’s an opportunity where you can influence business operations and help shape the next phase of our PM growth strategy.

Some of the main components of this role are:

Coordinating priorities, schedules and communications across our three offices

Providing high level administrative support across projects, training and business initiatives

Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients

Managing supplier relationships, contracts and compliance requirements

Preparing reports, briefs, agendas and minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed

About You

You’re an experienced administrator or EA and you’re ready to step into a role with real ownership and influence. You bring a mix of operational capability, initiative and professionalism and you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Skills & Experience

Real estate or property management experience is preferred

Hold an Agents Representative Certificate or be willing to complete the qualification

Strong background in scheduling, workflow coordination and diary management

Highly competent across Microsoft Office, including Excel

Attributes

Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and issues

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure

Confident working both independently and as part of a team

High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with strong time-management capability
