About the Role

Due to consistent growth across our Toowoomba operations, Educlean is seeking a motivated and professional Regional Operations Coordinator to support our expanding portfolio of schools. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations across multiple school sites, ensuring full coverage and quality delivery.

Conduct site inspections and support compliance through our CRM System and audit reporting.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for new cleaning staff.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and business managers.

Respond promptly to service requests or issues, ensuring positive client experiences.

Identify small-scale upselling opportunities such as deep cleans, carpet care, or consumables.

Liaise with the QLD Operations Manager to support mobilisations and regional initiatives.

About You

Experience in cleaning, facilities coordination, or customer service.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask.

Confident engaging with clients, contractors, and team members alike.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and reporting.

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between local sites.
