An excellent opportunity currently exists for a qualified Maintenance Manager to join the Comgroup People and Quality Team at our Cleveland factory.

The Role

Manage the maintenance team and associated labour.

budget.

Oversee projects and project resources.

Manage the maintenance spend in line with budget.

Manage The maintenance management system.

Be proactive rather than reactive

Develop good relationships within the community and various officials.

Skills and Attributes

• Leadership Qualities and ownership of the role

Trades knowledge and common sense approach

Financial Acumen

Good communicator and have the followup ability.

Competent in the Micro Soft Word Suite.

Demonstrated ability to manage a maintenance team.
