About the role
Join a purpose-driven team making a real difference in people’s lives. In this role, you’ll combine your product expertise and customer service skills to help individuals access the right mobility and assistive technology solutions.

• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and case managers to develop and recommend suitable mobility and assistive technology solutions
• Conduct assessments to identify clients’ equipment needs and provide tailored product demonstrations
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry and quoting through to delivery and aftercare
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, aged care providers, and community partners
• Support the team with product training, showroom presentation, and inventory coordination
• 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

About you

• Experienced in mobility or assistive technology equipment, with strong product knowledge
• Skilled in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
• Confident managing quotes, orders, and reporting through systems such as GreenTree
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Passionate about helping people achieve greater independence and quality of life
