Admin Assistant - Flexible Hours
We're a friendly, family owned Pest Control business based in Caringbah and we are looking for our next Admin Super Star!!! We require someone with a minimum of 2 years admin experience in a similar role.
We are looking for someone that can work:
Full time (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm); or
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (8am - 4pm); or
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (8am - 4pm), and Tuesdays and Thursdays can be school hours.
Duties Include:
Answering phones
Data entry
Filing and collating files
Mail merges
Emails
Assisting the admin team
We're looking for someone who:
Minimum 2 years admin experience;
Has excellent computer skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Great communication and attention to detail;
Works well both independently and as part of a team;
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
A proactive and flexible approach to problem solving.
