Our client, a well-established dental practice in Neutral Bay, is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dental experience in any capacity who is looking for a long-term role with genuine growth potential, including a pathway into management.

About the Role

Manage front desk operations and deliver outstanding patient care

Schedule appointments, handle phone enquiries, and manage patient correspondence

Operate D4W for daily practice management

Flexible roster options – 4 days per week or a 9-day fortnight

Reception hours approximately 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

About You

Previous dental experience (in any capacity) is essential

Professional, organised, and personable

Reliable, proactive, and passionate about patient service

Keen to develop your skills with potential to grow into a management role
