Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience: Be the friendly first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Appointment Management: Coordinate bookings with precision, balancing patient needs and clinic efficiency.

Communication Hub: Liaise effectively between patients, dental professionals, and the wider team to keep everything running smoothly.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and complete daily admin tasks with accuracy and care.

Reliable, proactive, and professional with a strong work ethic.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.

Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Computer-savvy; experience with dental software is a bonus.
