About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-presented Receptionist to join our growing team. This role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility for the right candidate. You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence and supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic. This role is for the Narellan office but you may need to travel to Wollongong no more than once a week.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone calls, emails and appointment bookings

Process payments and prepare invoices

Liaise with referring dentists, hospitals and other healthcare providers

Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially

Support the surgical and administrative teams as required

About You

Previous experience in dental, medical or specialist reception preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Gentu or similar practice software highly regarded

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
