We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established payroll team on a 3-month temporary basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
This newly created position has been introduced to provide additional support to an existing team of two, as the business continues to grow.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll across multiple entities (500+ employees) using SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will bring proven payroll experience within a medium to large organisation, a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, and an eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees across multiple entities
• Managing new starters, terminations, and variations
• Ensuring compliance with awards, superannuation, and statutory obligations
• Payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Supporting payroll projects and process improvements

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors (Desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
