About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Offsider / Trade Assistant to join our team at Instant Screw Piling in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This full-time position will support our skilled tradespeople in the installation of screw piles, providing valuable assistance and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Assisting tradespeople with the installation of screw piles, including manual handling and operating equipment

Preparing the work site and maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

Transporting materials, tools and equipment to and from the work site as needed

Performing general labouring duties to support the overall project delivery

Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Communicating effectively with the team to coordinate tasks and activities

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a labourer or trade assistant, preferably in the construction or related industry

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the job site
