The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across our venue. Working mornings, the successful applicant will coordinate and support a small cleaning team to ensure the RSL maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure consistent standards across all areas of the venue.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, presentation, and compliance standards.

• Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and adherence to OHS procedures.

• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.

• Report maintenance, safety, and hazard issues promptly.

• Train and onboard new cleaning staff, providing ongoing guidance and feedback.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of OHS and chemical-handling procedures.

• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in maintaining high standards.

Hours of Work

Monday to Sunday (days to be determined according to roster and operational requirements).
