EAS are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Cairns & Tablelands service division.
About the role:
Responsible for managing up to 15 refrigeration tech's/apprentices, and providing leadership, and hands-on/over the phone support for technical issues.
Responsible for customer service management.
Work with our service co-ordinator, project manager and electrical manager to deliver top quality service on all jobs, big or small.
Develop strategies to scale the service department
Manage & achieve financial targets in line with the companys goals.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
A trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Cert III minimum).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A results-driven mindset with sound financial and operational awareness.
The ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Familiarity with job management software (Simpro preferred) and MYOB or similar accounting systems.
