We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Air Conditioning Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our Air Conditioning Services Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and management. You’ll coordinate air conditioning service jobs, manage bookings, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent customer service, time management, and organisational skills

A friendly, professional, and engaging phone manner

Administration experience is preferred but not essential

Ability to multi-task and work autonomously

Courteous, approachable, and team-focused attitude

Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook

A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Experience in air conditioning or electrical industries is an advantage

Tasks & Responsibilities

Assist the Director and Management with daily operations

Coordinate and schedule air conditioning jobs

Answer customer calls and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Accurately record and communicate job details to technicians

Manage bookings, contracts, and onsite appointments

Process service and installation documentation

Support the team with administration and customer enquiries

Perform general office duties and assist with special projects as needed
